If your matter involves the Court, the Advocate responsible for your matter will duly inform you of the Court hearing dates and whether or not your presence will be necessary for any such Court proceeding.

Yes. The firm has a team comprised of over 10 Attorneys and other support staff and the our values encourage us to work together on all matters the firm is handling. The magnitude of your matter will determine how many attorneys we shall assign to do your work to completion.

We follow the Advocates (Remuneration and taxation of costs) rules to determine how much to charge for each instruction we receive. Please note that the billing is informed by the Value of the Subject matter.
